Statement according to the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE:
According to article 13, Legislative Decree, 30 June 2003, No. 196, we state that our society, Suedtirolfoto.com SNC processes personal data of clients, partners and suppliers and subjects (herein referred to as data subjects) that voluntarily communicate their private details to us (by telephone, fax or email).
Our society guarantees, in keeping with regulation requirements, that the processing of personal data is carried out in full respect of basic rights and freedom, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to the confidentiality, personal identity and rights to the protection of personal data.
Purpose of processing:
- adhere to legal, regulation, community, civil and fiscal obligations

The processing of data:
The processing can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic, and in any way automatic, means and comprises all of the procedures which are provided for in Section 4 (1) letter a, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 and which are necessary to the processing in question. However, the processing will be carried out according to every possible cautionary measure, to guarantee security and confidentiality.
Rights of the data subject:
The Personal Data Protection Code confers the exercise of specific rights of Section 7 to the data subject. In particular, a data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and to obtain communication of such data in an intelligible form. A data subject has the right to know the source, the purpose and methods of processing, as well as the logic applied to the processing in the case that the processing is carried out with the aid of electronic means, the identification data of the data controller and of the entities, or categories of entities to whom the data may be communicated or made known. The data subject has the right to obtain updates, rectification, integration, erasure, conversion to anonymity or blocking of the data that have been processed illegally. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection and, without motive, to the processing that concerns him/her to the end of sending direct advertising or sales material or for the purpose of market research or market communication.
